I am loving pumpkin these days!!!
1/3 cup oat flour
1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
3 egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein
1/3 cup pumpkin
Can add cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, or any other spices to taste.
Then cook em and eat em!
This whole recipe is about 375 calories and has about 45 grams of protein!!
